OVERVIEW

Brand USA Travel Week Canada 2026 is a four day event in fall 2026, with three days in Toronto and one day in Montreal.

Through a mix of one-to-one meetings with leading tour operators, airlines, and agency consortias, plus media meetings, networking sessions, insightful panel discussions, and engagement with top Canadian travel agents, this event will allow you to forge new relationships, strengthen existing partnerships, and have a deeper understanding of the current travel landscape of the United States second largest international inbound market.

The event is an opportunity to reconnect with the Canadian travel industry and show solidarity and friendship to our northern neighbors. We want to demonstrate that we value their business and we welcome their clients.

MARKET LANDSCAPE

  • Canada remains the second-largest source of international visitors to the U.S., generating over 16 million visits annually.
  • Canada continues to deliver nearly four times the volume of the U.K., the U.S.’s third-largest market at 4.1 million visitors.
  • Air travel has proven more resilient than land travel, underscoring the importance of maintaining strong air connectivity between Canada and the U.S. In 2025, 54% of Canadian visitors arrived by air, declining 11% year-over-year, compared to land travel, which accounted for 46% of visitors but dropped by 30%.
  • The U.S. continues to rank as the #1 international destination Canadian leisure travelers are most likely to visit. Canadians are still actively traveling to the U.S. for major sporting events, festivals, short city breaks, and to visit friends and relatives.
  • Canadian air carriers continue to invest in U.S. connectivity, with new and expanded routes introduced throughout 2025, including service to destinations such as San Antonio, Phoenix, Palm Springs, and Austin.

FAQs

What happens if my organization’s application is approved?

Your organization will have until Friday, July 24 to confirm intent to attend by registering individual attendees. Brand USA will bill your organization shortly thereafter, and payment must be received by Friday, August 21 to confirm your organization’s attendance. Failure to complete the above steps will result in forfeiture of your spot.

What happens if my organization is waitlisted?

If a space becomes available, you will be contacted via email with next steps.

Is my organization more likely to be accepted if we indicate willingness to share a B2B meeting table?

There is a maximum of two exhibitor delegates per table, and priority will be given to table sharers. If you intend to share a table with another organization, indicate the name of that organization on your application and ensure that organization lists your organization on their application. Note that willingness to share a table does not guarantee that your application will be approved.

Will applications be accepted on a first-come, first-served basis?

No. All applications received, regardless of time received during the three week application window, will be reviewed by Brand USA between May 30 and June 16.

Can a destination's partners or members attend this event?

Yes, partners and members are encouraged to participate.

How does the trade appointment scheduling work?

All U.S. exhibitors will meet with all Canadian buyers for trade B2B meetings on Tuesday.

What is your cancellation policy?
